International Hospitality Suppliers Inc. ("IHS") sells products in wholesale and case pack quantities to the hospitality trade and other businesses. To keep our prices very competitive IHS does not stock or hold any product in inventory, we drop ship each order directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse to your location.
How to Place an Order
We accept purchase orders from purchasing companies, interior design firms, hotels, resorts, motels, time shares, bed & breakfasts, restaurants, government agencies, educational institutions and other corporations. Payment and Credit terms
We accept VISA, MasterCard, company checks, certified bank checks, money orders and wire transfers. All checks must clear our bank before an order is processed. All payments must be made in US Dollars. Credit terms or credit card purchases are not available to customers outside the Continental United States.
For customers with established credit, payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. All credit extended by IHS to customer and the limits of such credit, is at IHS sole discretion, and may be reduced or revoked by IHS at any time, for any reason. IHS will charge a fee of 1.5% per month on the balance for late payments beyond 30 days. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. IHS shall have the right of set-off and deduction for any sums owed by customer to IHS. If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days of shipment or pick-up, or fails to comply with IHS credit terms IHS may stop or defer shipments until such payment is made, require cash in advance for any further shipments, demand immediate payment of all amounts then owed, elect to pursue collection action (including without limitation, attorneys' fees and any and all other associated costs of collection), and/or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of an unshipped order.
Customer agrees to assume responsibility for, and customer hereby unconditionally guarantees payment of, as provided herein, all purchases made by customer, its subsidiaries and affiliates. Each of customer's subsidiaries and affiliates purchasing from IHS will be jointly and severally liable for purchases with customer, and customer is also acting as agent for such subsidiaries and affiliates.
Customer agrees that any credit balance(s) issued by IHS will be applied to customer's account within one (1) year of its issuance. IF CUSTOMER HAS NOT REQUESTED THE CREDIT BALANCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR, ANY REMAINING CREDIT BALANCE WILL BE CANCELLED, AND IHS SHALL HAVE NO FURTHER LIABILITY.
Order Verification / Fraud Prevention
All orders placed through IHS are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information.
In order to guard against fraudulent activity, IHS must verify the bill to and ship to address. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time.
If your shipping address is different than you're billing address (where you receive your credit card statement), please call your credit card bank to make them aware of the shipping address. Informing your credit card bank about your the shipping address will not change any existing billing information; it will be temporarily listed in the banks memo field for purchase verification only. Please recognize that calling your credit card bank about an address notification may not only be necessary, but it will also speed up the verification process. We are currently unable to process any credit cards that are billed to an address outside of the continental United States.
A confirmation displaying an order number will appear on the checkout page after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please contact our sales department at 1-561-594-6200 or 1-561-594-6222 to verify if your order had been received.
You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online. An email address* is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please recognize that your ISP or email client may have a filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you. Please check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mail from IHS.
* We will never share your email address with unrelated 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate.
Order Delivery Time
Each product has the delivery time marked in the item description; this is an approximate delivery time given to us by the manufacturer and does NOT included the transportation time from the manufacturer’s warehouse to the final destination (your ship to address).
It may take approximately one or two business days to process an order. IHS DOES NOT STOCK PRODUCTS THEREFORE if there is a delay in the manufacturing time or the product is on backorder we will notify you by email or telephone. If the product has been discontinued we will notify you by email or telephone and make every effort to provide a substitute but we cannot guarantee a substitute will be found, substitutions will have to be approved by customer.
Delivery time can also be affected by manufacturing delays, changes in production schedules, inclement weather, raw material shortages, ocean/air freight delays, customs clearance, strikes, fuel shortages, factories closing for vacations. IHS is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Order Status and Tracking Information
We will give you a weekly status report to the email you provided until your order ships from the manufacturer.
Order Change / Cancellation
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the product(s) has been put into production, or has been processed for shipping or has shipped. Orders cannot be changed for custom products or special order products.
Order Acceptance and Limitations
Any order confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you through IHS does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. IHS reserves the right to decline and cancel an order at any time or refuse to service any customer.
IHS may at times have to restrict the quantity of a particular item ordered. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. IHS at its own discretion may limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer or per order.
All prices listed are wholesale, unless specified they do not include freight, handling fees, sales tax, import duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. Project, export and large volume orders may be subject to other special pricing
Price Protection: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality market, we cannot offer price protection on items previously purchased on our site. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice based on a combination of factors that are generally out of our control. They are usually dictated by market and availability conditions and/or by the manufacturers themselves and are often as likely to increase as they are to decrease. Once you have completed your purchase, the price you pay remains unchanged regardless of whether the price on our site has since increased or decreased. Please rest assured that we are offering you, our valued customers, the best possible price we can based on our real-time cost for the product(s) at that time.
Pricing Error: Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference.
We will accept returns up to 30 days after date of delivery ONLY on defective or damaged products purchased from IHS. Defective or damaged products will not be charged a restocking fee. Returns for products shipped in bulk and case pack quantities are more complicated, costly and time consuming to process than in the retail market therefore returns will be charged a restocking fee of 30% -45% depending on the product, manufacturer, and if the product(s) was exported. Please follow the following procedure for returning defective or damaged products.

- All product returns require RA #, (return authorization). A RA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it’s issued.
- Merchandise must be unused and in the original carton(s) with no items missing complete with any guarantees and operating instructions that were included in the original package.
- Tape up the carton(s) but do not put marks on it or it will not be accepted. When you are given a RA number, please place it on the return label. If the package(s) is small return via UPS or Fed Ex or if it’s a large shipment wait for pick up instructions as arranged with us.
- Within 5 business days the item returned reaches the manufacturers return warehouse we will credit your account or re-order and reship any replacement items.
- The freight costs back to the manufacturer are the customer’s responsibility.
- For international orders freight costs including any air/ocean freight charges, duties and all customs clearance fees are the customer's responsibility.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Any special order or custom items because they were ordered specifically for you.
- Any custom colored items
- Any items cut to size such as drapes, bedspreads, drape tracks, lamp shades, wall covering, custom carpeting, and upholstered furniture
- Framed pictures and art
- 220V products
- Items defaced or physically damaged by end-users
- Items without return authorization (RA) #
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 20 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the freight charge.
The manufacturer will ship a product replacement after the authorized return has completed the receiving/inspection process. If the product is in stock the replacement will ship within five business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal for the manufacturer to send replacements as quickly as possible, replacements are not sent before the manufacturer receives and inspects the returned product.
FedEx and UPS
Most products except for oversized items (e.g. furniture, sofas, refrigerators or large volume orders) will usually be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground.
Oversized Product Shipping
Oversized merchandise (e.g. furniture, sofas, refrigerators or large volume orders) are shipped via a trucking company. Since some of these items are large and can be fragile they may require special handling.
IHS will contact you to provide you with a shipping estimate for your approval before shipping these goods.
All international orders will be shipped to a freight forwarder within the continental United States only. The freight forwarder must provide IHS with and Ocean Bill of Lading or Airway Bill as evidence order is being exported out of the country. Customer is responsible for all export fees including documentation, insurance, air/ocean transportation, customs clearance and import duties.
Damaged items during shipping
All UPS, FedEx and truck shipments must be inspected upon delivery in the presence of the driver. If you find any visible damage to the package please open the package and inspect the products in the presence of the driver. It is critical that you notate any damage found on the delivery receipt and in the presence of the driver.
Verify the piece count and make sure you are signing for the correct number of items.
If you find damage to the product(s) do not accept the shipment and get a receipt from the driver. If shipment is refused notify us immediately so we can contact the manufacturer to make them aware of the refusal and to reorder the item.
Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery on products that not defective or damaged, you will be refunded for the returned merchandise less our cost of shipping (including the return) in addition to our standard 30% restocking fee.
If the shipment is accepted and you find concealed damage please notify us within 5 calendar days from the delivery date so we can assist in handling the claim. The carrier will not honor or process any claims received 15 calendar days after date of delivery.
Title/Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss or damage pass to you when your order is shipped. We need time to help you process your claims. Any claim for shortage or damage must be notified to us within 5 calendar days after receipt of shipment by the carrier, noting the carrier received the goods in the conditioned claimed and in accordance with our return policy. The carrier will not honor or process any claims received 15 calendar days after date of delivery.
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
If an item you received is defective, we will work diligently to replace the item however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to the manufacturer. We will use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

Our secure servers will protect your information using the most advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Our Web site protects the security of personal information transmitted to us by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input during the transmission to us using a unique session key. These layers of privacy protection ensure that information cannot be viewed even if intercepted by unauthorized parties.
Please note that email is not encrypted and is not a safe and secure way to transmit credit numbers or other confidential information. If for any reason you prefer to order by fax, please fax your order to 954-915-8610 and we will be happy to assist you.
Fair Credit Billing Act
If you're ever a victim of credit card fraud, the Fair Credit Act specifies that your credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 in fraudulent charges to your account. With IHS, you'll be reimbursed for any amount up to $50 billed to you by your credit card company for unauthorized charges to your account if those charges result from an order you've placed on our secure server. For this protection, you must promptly notify your credit card company of any fraudulent charges and follow the procedures for doing so as outlined in your credit card agreement.
Use of Information We Collect
While shopping on the IHS site, we ask you to provide information using online forms. We use this information to process your order, contact you regarding your order, or to answer any questions/concerns you might have expressed. We will not sell, or share any of your personal information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy.
When you purchase something from us we send your credit card information, name, billing address and the order dollar amount to your credit card company for authorization and approval. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as FedEx, UPS and transportation companies to deliver your package.
Some of the products that we sell require us to provide your name, address, phone number and product serial number to the manufacturer or third party service provider that requires this information to activate the service. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies which are not controlled by IHS.
We reserve the right to release personally identifiable information if required by law or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, and when we believe it is necessary for fraud protection or credit risk reduction.
We customize and personalize certain Web page content based upon your browser type and other information provided by a “cookie". A cookie remembers information about a visitor from one page to the next and from one visit to the next. A cookie does not contain any of your personal information, and is only a "trigger" that retrieves information when you visit our site.
As an example, cookies enable us to provide better service to you by maintaining your shopping cart between visits so that you are not required to enter each of the items again. On most Internet browsers, the cookie function can be turned off, and software is available from third parties which will allow you to visit our Web site without providing this information. You are welcomed at our website if you use this software but you will be unable to use our shopping cart to purchase items online.

We will make every effort and use every good measure to deliver your order on time. Limitation of Liability
